The LearnTel World Wide Web site was officially launched at the first concertation meeting of the European Unions Telematics Applications Programme in Brussels on the 18 March 1996. The LearnTel Web Site has a public area and a members only area which is accessible by password only.
Any member who does not have a password should email: LearnTel@open.ac.uk requesting one.
From the home page there is a public arena with a public library, links to sustainable and scalable telematic-based learning services and also a public discussion area where you can debate with colleagues throughout the world on issues related to learning with telematics. Once a month we will invite a guest speaker to start the discussion on a topical issue.
