NORDIC Information Brokerage Initiative - This issue contains a number of articles which feature activities in the NORDIC countries and in particular the NORDIC Information Brokerage Initiative which was funded under the EU Telematics for Flexible and Distance Learning Programme. The NORDIC Project is now coming to an end, but this issue aims to highlight some of the achievements of the Project. These are featured here. In addition, this issue also aims to disseminate some of the latest EU initiatives to the NORDIC countries.
